Back home and Part #1 of trip
After 3 weeks enjoying of ourselves in the great white North it is good to be home and back to reality. I haven't posted anything from our trip so I'm going back in time and reviewing our trip to Canada. We loved every minute of it and to our surprise the weather was beautiful we had sun shine pretty much the whole time we were there and we were lucky we didn't get any 40 below weather. Jacob and i flew from Phoenix to Calgary straight and no layovers which is really nice when you have a 18 month old, but being smart i brought some lovely Hot Wheels which were a life saver he did really well on the plane but didn't take a nap.
We arrived to Calgary and we were greeted by my parents and my brothers it was so nice to see them again.
The next day they took us to a new mall that they built and we did some shopping and walked around. The mall was really nice and Jacob's favorite place was the bate shop.They had a waterfall and a huge fish tank he loved it and even wanted to go in the little pond.
After checking out some more stores, Jacob notice the Mary go round and of course he wanted to ride it, he went on it 3 times.
So the next day we "yard carded" our front lawn because it was my dad's birthday for all you Americans that don't know what it is, check out the pictures below!!!
It was funny my dad had no idea i ran and got him and told him that some egged our house and he didnt believe me so he went to front window and he saw what we did he laughed and he said now everyone is going to know that im 50. silly!
That night we had a party for my dad and we had close friends and family over, we had a full house. Jacob hit it off with all his cousins he would follow them where ever they went, it was cute. My dad then later opened his gift and this moment was special for my mom because she got him a gift that he has been wanting for a long time. My mom was so cute she shed some tears as he opened his gift i will never forget the look on his face when he finally opened it and saw his watch that he has been longing. Your Amazing mama!
my dad is so cute he could never take his eyes off of jacob, he just loves his grandbaby
