Vegas!!!

We are back from las Vegas, and we had a blast. About a month ago Stephen surprised me with an early birthday gift... a trip just the two of us to Vegas. We spent 2 days in Vegas and we enjoyed ourselves very much. We stayed at the MGM it was such a nice hotel. Thanks babe!

Our first day there we headed over to Mandalay bay and had dinner at the "Burger bar" it was pretty good but i was looking forward more on there chocolate burger. Oh my was it good, the patty was made out of chocolate and pecans, buns were honey glazed donuts, cheese was made out of a passion fruit and mango gelatin and strawberries for tomatoes and kiwi for pickles, it was heaven it was so good. seriously next time you are in Vegas stop for this DELICIOUS burger. YUMMY!

After dinner we walked around the strip i forgot how much fun it was to just walk and view the amazing hotels. we stopped and check out a new high end mall that they built filled with VERY expensive stores that celebrities buy from. i wish i can buy a $5,000 bag but i did get to carry it for a couple of seconds. maybe someday:)
We headed to the Bellagio just in time for the water show it was really romantic and beautiful, what a great way to end the night.

Next day it was my birthday, i can't believe im 25, and yet i have not been able to gamble so i took my chance and headed over to a slot machine. Dont worry i only lost $1. haha

We went over to the buffet at our hotel and had a wonderful breakfast. We started our day with walking down the strip again, we didn't really plan things out to much that day but we did get a lot of walking done. It was super windy that day that we couldn't really do anything outside. we wanted to hit the new york new york roller coaster but they closed it down because of high winds.

Anyways we headed back to the hotel and got ready for... "Cirque du soleil" i have been waiting for this for a whole month. The show was AMAZING!!! I cant really think of any words to describe it we were in ah, we both loved it and would totally go see it again, highly recommend it, totally worth it. After the show Stephen took me out for dinner at the "Grand wok sushi bar", again amazing it was so good. i didn't get a birthday cake but the manger of the restaurant over heard us talking and he came up to us and said that he wanted to give me any dessert i wanted on the house. He was so nice and yes of course we had dessert.

We had an amazing time in Vegas and it was really nice to get out of town for a couple of days. Thanks Stephen for my birthday gift i wont forget it. But it is nice to be back home:) oh and you just cant drive home without stopping at the Hoover dam.

Happy Birthday to me!!

I love Las Vegas! I have visited often through my life. Spencer's dad lived there for 15 years. I have never played the slots because I have a theory that I would put in some money and win the jackpot and forever be drawn in.... it would be my luck. Happy quarter century! Looks like you had fun. Did you ride any of the rides? Shop at the forums?
