Yesterday Jacob turned the big ONE! we celebrated with a family dinner and he got to open gifts and watch him eat his GAINT cupcake!

I'm glad you posted pictures of Jacob's first birthday. He is getting so big. What fun he looked like he was having. Especially his birthday cake. Jacob is such a handsome and special little boy and we love all of you.
